If required by the customer, caustic calcined magnesia is crushed, ground and classified in different sizes. The final processing plant includes several different crushers and mills as well as classification screens and magnetic separators for the final beneficiation of the end product.
The plant also includes packing facilities for big-bags as well as 25-50 kg paper sacks. All equipment is supported by dust removal and filtering devices in order to maintain good working conditions and protect the environment.
Most DBM fractioning and milling is conducted by the end-customers (eg. refractories plants) with the exception of specialised applications. GM has dedicated facilities for special grades such as electrical, tanning and welding powders.
